Here a few more pictures of our new kitchen! This time with the grouted slate and tiles! Still have a bit more painting to do, but it is slowly coming together! I'm getting a plug in put by my sink so I can have my coffee maker there! Alot more handy!

Remodel!!!

Mom and dad came for 2 weeks!!! Of course we had a few projects in mind to get done while they were here! So our kitchen started out as a little painting project, painting the walls and cabinets! WELL That all changed!! hehe as we got painting more things got added to the project, and before we knew it, it turned into a remodel! We built and new counter top, added ceramic tile to the counter and slate as a back splash! Needless of all the work it sure was alot of fun! I LOVE my kitchen now! Lookout everyone there is going to be some major baking and cooking going on! ;) We are not quite done, I have some painting left and we have to grout the walls and on top of the dishwasher and waiting on my handles for the cabinets! Here are some pics to show you what we did! Enjoy!!!

Fun!

Started out the week in a great mood!!! Got all my things done on my TO-DO List!!! Not missing Facebook at all, just a little weird! I find myself thinking of status updates and then realizing I don't have anywhere to post it ;)

Today was first day watching our Neighbors little girl! She is 2 1/2 months old, and so precious! A very good little girl always so happy! Wyatt really does like her, he spent about 1/2 hour watching her when she first came this morning! I'll be watching her part time for now! We are excited! Here are a few Pics I've taken in the last little while!

A New Beginning!

I'm back to blogging! I have decided to make some changes! Its so real to me now how little things can ease their way into your life that start out small and before you even know it, its a big bolder! I feel as though Hunter convention was a new start for me! there has been so many personal messages directly for me. I am so very thankful for each and every one of them. It has been hard to see that there needs to be quite a few changes in my life, but I'm glad that God is with me to help me make these changes.

I have decided to deactivate my Facebook account and some other things. they have been taking WAY to much of my time. Blogging will be my way of sharing our family adventures and share some pictures! Also a way for me to share what has been on my mind. So if you care to follow our family so can keep coming back :) I'm starting a weekly TO DO list where I can write my what I NEED to do and also my goals! Over the course of the fall and winter I will be doing some projects around the house ex: Painting, Organizing... I'm so excited! I feel like a new person. Its amazing what you see when you really take a look at yourself. What I saw was not fun, but I'm ready for this change. I know I will be more happy, and so will everyone else in my family!
